Rental Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Appartement Iniho. We are happy to host you and want to ensure your stay is as pleasant and clear as possible. These conditions outline our mutual agreements to help everything run smoothly during your holiday.

  1. Booking & Payments

    • To confirm your stay at INIHO, a down payment of up to 50% of the total rent is required.

    • This advance payment will be fully deducted from your final bill at settlement.

    • We ask that the remaining balance be paid within the timeframe stated in your booking.

    • Please note that the booking is officially confirmed once the advance payment has been received.

    • Usage Data: We collect information on how our website is accessed and used. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.

2. Our Commitment to You

    • We will ensure the apartment is clean and in good condition for you at the agreed arrival time.

    • Fresh bed and kitchen linens are available upon request for an additional fee.

3. During Your Stay

  • We ask that you enjoy the apartment yourself; please do not transfer the rental to others or host more guests than agreed upon in your contract.

  • Please treat the property with care and keep it tidy.

  • If you notice any damage upon arrival, or if something breaks or goes missing during your stay, please let us know immediately.

  • We expect the apartment and its contents to be left clean and in good condition when you depart.

  • Pets: Furry friends are welcome only with prior permission. We ask that they stay off the furniture and out of the bedrooms.

  • Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

  • Quiet Hours: To stay on good terms with the neighbors, please avoid making loud noise or music. We observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

4. General Information

You are welcome to check in between 2:00 PM and 9:30 PM on your arrival day.

  • If you think you might arrive later, please let us know so we can arrange a way to get the keys to you.

  • Any extra costs should be agreed upon in advance and noted in your contract.

  • While we do our best to provide a safe environment, we cannot be held liable for theft, accidents, or damage to personal property unless it is due to a fault on our part.

  1. Ending the Agreement

We reserve the right to end the rental agreement without formal notice if:

  • a. The full rent hasn't been paid by the start of your stay.

  • b. The property is vacated earlier than planned.

  • c. The house rules or agreement terms are not being followed.

  1. Cancellation Policy

f you need to cancel your stay or if you do not show up, the following compensation applies:

  • More than 45 days before check-in: Full refund, minus a 5% cancellation fee.

  • Between 31 and 45 days before check-in: A fee of 50% of the booking cost applies.

  • Less than 31 days before check-in: Not eligible for a refund.

  • Please note: In all cancellation cases, a 5% fee is deducted from any refund issued.
